１）在管路中裝油濾，以保護閥的供油管路和壓力管路。 液壓系統(tǒng)的維護:

一個系統(tǒng)在正式投入之前一般都要經由沖刷，沖刷的目的就是要清除殘留在系統(tǒng)內的污染物、金屬屑、纖維化合物、鐵心等，在zui初兩小時工作中，即使沒有*損壞系統(tǒng)，也會引起一系列故障。

４）清洗系統(tǒng)全部管路，某些情況下需要把管路和接頭進行浸漬。

８）按期沖刷油泵的入口油濾。 

    沖刷的周期由系統(tǒng)的構造和系統(tǒng)污染程度來決定，若過濾介質的試樣沒有或是很少外來污染物，則裝上新的油濾，卸下沖刷板，裝上閥工作！

  有計劃的維護：建立系統(tǒng)按期維護軌制，對液壓系統(tǒng)較好的維護保養(yǎng)建議如下：
