DP27導(dǎo)閥型隔膜式減壓閥為球墨鑄鐵材質(zhì)閥體，主閥閥芯，導(dǎo)閥閥芯閥座，內(nèi)部彈簧及濾網(wǎng)等均勻不銹鋼材質(zhì)。適用于蒸汽和壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)。壓力調(diào)節(jié)比可達(dá)10：1，控制準(zhǔn)確。當(dāng)壓力調(diào)節(jié)范圍超過(guò)10：1時(shí)，應(yīng)采用兩個(gè)減壓閥串聯(lián)布置。DP27G為軟閥座型號(hào)，用于壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)，或其它工業(yè)氣體（不適用于氧氣）。DP27減壓閥可在用一主閥體上組合多個(gè)導(dǎo)閥，用于實(shí)現(xiàn)兩級(jí)壓力控制，溫度壓力控制，遠(yuǎn)程調(diào)控等多種功能。常用規(guī)格有DN15-50，PN1.6/2.5MPa，使用工作溫度DP27≤232℃,DP27G≤120℃，壓力調(diào)節(jié)范圍（錐形彈簧）0.02-1.7MPa。
