GA49H、A49H型脈沖式安全閥主要用于電站鍋爐、壓力容器、減溫減壓裝置等設(shè)備，防止壓力超過允許Z高壓力值，保證設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行。

GA49H、A49H型脈沖式安全閥說明：

　　主要用于電站鍋爐、壓力容器、減溫減壓裝置等設(shè)備，防止壓力超過允許zui高壓力值，保證設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行。

GA49H、A49H型脈沖式安全閥結(jié)構(gòu)簡述：

1、通過杠桿和重錘來平衡閥瓣的壓力，使閥門保證密封，移動(dòng)重錘的位置和改變重錘的重量來達(dá)到要求的起跳壓力。
2、密封面用鐵基鉻鎳不銹鋼堆焊而成，閥瓣經(jīng)熱處理，提高了耐磨性和抗沖蝕性。
3、閥門上部帶有開啟和關(guān)閉的電磁鐵，機(jī)械和電器動(dòng)作互不干擾。

GA49H、A49H型脈沖式安全閥安裝說明：

1、本閥門應(yīng)與A49H-4型主安全閥配套使用。
2、脈沖安全閥安裝時(shí)應(yīng)嚴(yán)格垂直，杠桿應(yīng)保持水平，與導(dǎo)向叉兩側(cè)面間隙必須均勻。
3、脈沖安全閥安裝之前，應(yīng)將管路沖洗干凈。
4、脈沖安全閥引出管與主安全閥的入口管之間應(yīng)保持一定較長的距離，電接點(diǎn)壓力表和主安全閥入口管之間的距離，不得小于5倍主安全閥入口管徑，以免主安全閥動(dòng)作時(shí)，因排汽影響電接點(diǎn)壓力表和脈沖安全閥工作的正確性。
