YFT-C50 couple type hydraulic valve test bench

技術(shù)性能與特點：

1. 適用于DN50mm以下規(guī)格法蘭連接、焊接和螺紋連接閥門的性能測試。

2. 兼?zhèn)鋳A爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式兩部分，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及夾爪抱壓部分具有90度翻轉(zhuǎn)功能，特別適用應(yīng)氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

3. 試驗介質(zhì)可由水、氣或者煤油，由客戶自選。

4. YFT-C50已配置高壓水泵及供壓系統(tǒng)，可直接進行水壓試驗。如采用氣為介質(zhì)則氣泵需用戶自配。

5. 試驗臺用水及油等試驗介質(zhì)可循環(huán)使用。

6. 設(shè)有液壓自動卸荷系統(tǒng)，使用時，高壓狀態(tài)與卸荷狀態(tài)自動切換，有效降低了油溫，延長設(shè)備使用壽命。（如使用環(huán)境溫度過高，用戶可選擇配置液壓油冷卻系統(tǒng)。）

Technical performance and feature:

1. It’s especially suitable to have a test for smaller then DN50mm flange, welding or threaded valve.

2. It both has claws clamp and impaction cylinder two parts, and the test valves can be submerged under the water with the clamp parts which up and down by cylinders. One side of the claws clamp part can turn over 90 degrees, so it’s convenience to operate.

3. Test medium can be choosing by user, water, air or kerosene.

4. It has high pressure water pump, so you can have the water test directness. If you want to use air test, the air pump need to be set by yourself.

5. The water and hydraulic oil used by the test bench are circulation.

The test bench has an automatic oil pressure discharge system. When using it, the high pressure condition and the relief pressure condition can be charged by itself. So it can reduce the oil temperature, elongate life of the test bench. If the temperature of environment is too high, user can choose the system for reducing hydraulic oil’s temperature. We also offer it.
