YFT-T series hydraulic butterfly valve test bench

技術(shù)性能與特點(diǎn)：

1. 適用于法蘭連接和對(duì)夾式蝶閥的強(qiáng)度和密封性能試驗(yàn)。

2. 夾爪同步移動(dòng)，同步夾緊。

3. 該系列可分為單式和組合式。

4. 試驗(yàn)介質(zhì)可由水、氣或者煤油，由客戶自選。

5. YFT-T系列已配置高、低壓水泵及供壓系統(tǒng)，可直接進(jìn)行水壓試驗(yàn)。如采用氣為介質(zhì)則氣泵需用戶自配。

6. 試驗(yàn)臺(tái)用水及油等試驗(yàn)介質(zhì)可循環(huán)使用。

7. 設(shè)有液壓自動(dòng)卸荷系統(tǒng)，使用時(shí)，高壓狀態(tài)與卸荷狀態(tài)自動(dòng)切換，有效降低了油溫，延長(zhǎng)設(shè)備使用壽命。（如使用環(huán)境溫度過(guò)高，用戶可選擇配置液壓油冷卻系統(tǒng)。）

Technical performance and feature:

1. It’s suitable to have shell test and seal test for flanged end butterfly valves and wafer type butterfly valves.

2. Clamp claws are simultaneously moved and tightened.

3. YFT-T series have two types: single and couple.

4. Test medium can be choosing by user, water, air or kerosene.

5. YFT-T series has low and high pressure water pump, so you can have the water test directness. If you want to use air test, the air pump need to be set by yourself.

6. The water and hydraulic oil used by the test bench are circulation.

The test bench has an automatic oil pressure discharge system. When using it, the high pressure condition and the relief pressure condition can be charged by itself. So it can reduce the oil temperature, elongate life of the test bench. If the temperature of environment is too high, user can choose the system for reducing hydraulic oil’s temperature. We also offer it.
