溫嶺韓程泵業(yè)有限公司成立于1995年.本廠主要生產(chǎn)韓程PHC全自動冷熱水自吸泵、非自動冷熱水自吸泵、冷熱水循環(huán)管道泵、熱水自動增壓泵、全自動家用增壓泵等家用水泵,主要用于鍋爐、壁掛爐、蒸氣發(fā)生器、地暖循環(huán)設備等。自吸泵的工作原理:普通離心泵,若吸入液面在葉輪之下,啟動時應預先灌水,很不方便。為了在泵內(nèi)存水,吸入管進口需要裝底閥,泵工作時,底閥造成很大的水力損失。所謂自吸泵,就是在啟動前不需灌水(安裝后*次啟動仍然需灌水),經(jīng)過短時間運轉(zhuǎn),靠泵本身的作用,即可以把水吸上來,投入正常工作。自吸泵按作用原理分為以下幾類:1.氣液混合式(包括內(nèi)混式和外混式);2.水環(huán)輪式;3.射流式(包括液體射流和氣體射流)。氣液混合式自吸泵的工作過程:由于自吸泵泵體的特殊結構,水泵停轉(zhuǎn)后,泵體內(nèi)存有一定量的水,泵再次啟動后由于葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)作用,吸入管路的空氣和水充分混合,并被排到氣水分離室,氣水分離室上部的氣體溢出,下部的水返回葉輪,重新和吸入管路的剩余空氣混合,直到把泵及吸入管內(nèi)的氣體全部排出,完成自吸,并正常抽水。水環(huán)輪式自吸泵是將水環(huán)輪和水泵葉輪組合在一個殼體內(nèi),借助水環(huán)輪將氣體排出,實現(xiàn)自吸。當泵正常工作后,可通過閥截斷水環(huán)輪和水泵葉輪的通道,并且放掉水環(huán)輪內(nèi)的液體。射流式自吸泵,由離心泵和射流泵(或噴射器)組合而成,依靠噴射裝置,在噴嘴處造成真空實現(xiàn)抽吸。Theworkingprincipleofself-suctionpump:Normalcentrifugalpumpimpellerifinhaledliquidsurface,startinadvance,shouldbeinconvenient.Inordertowaterpumpsuctionpipe,memory,importneedsbottomvalvepumpworking,bottomvalvecausedgreatlosses.So-calledself-suctionpump,isinstartwithoutirrigation(beforethefirststartafterinstallationtoinfusewater),stillforashorttimeafteroperation,theeffectonpumpitself,whichcanbeputintowater,thenormalwork.Accordingtotheprincipleofself-suctionpumpfunctioncanbedividedintoseveralcategories:1.thegas-liquidhybrid(includingmixedtypewithinandoutsidethemixedtype),2waterwheel,3jetting(includingliquidjetandthegasjet).Gas-liquidhybridself-suctionpumpworkingprocess:becauseofthepumpsuctionpumpstalledafterthespecialstructure,thepumpbody,beingacertainamountofwaterpumpimpellerrotationduetostartagain,inhaledairandwaterpipe,andisfullymixinggaswaterseparationchambertowater,airseparationchamberoftheupperspilloverofwater,gas,andthereturnofimpellerresidualairsuctionpipe,thepumpsuctionpipeanduntilallthegasdischarge,complete,andnormalself-suctionpump.Waterwheelself-suctionpumpwaterringroundisinacombinationofpumpimpellerandusingwaterloop,wheel,gasdischargeself-priming.Whenthepumpisnormalwork,butthroughthevalveandpumpwaterlooptruncatethechannelimpeller,andputofftheliquidwaterringround.Jettingself-suctionpump,thecentrifugalpumpandjetpumpinjector(oron),spraynozzle,vacuumsuctioncausedrealization.自吸泵應用范圍:1、適用于城市環(huán)保、建筑、消防、化工、制藥、染料、印染、釀造、電力、電鍍、造紙、工礦沖洗、設備冷卻等。2、裝上搖臂式噴頭、又可將水沖到空中后,散成細小雨滴進行噴霧,是農(nóng)場、苗圃、果園、菜園的良好機具。3、適用于清水、海水及帶有酸、堿度的化工介質(zhì)液體和帶有一般糊狀的漿料(介質(zhì)粘度<100厘珀、含固量可達30%以下)。4、可和任何型號、規(guī)格的壓濾機配套使用,將漿料送給壓濾機時進行壓濾的配套泵種。Scopeofapplication:self-suctionpump:1,suitableforurbanenvironmentalprotection,construction,firecontrol,chemical,pharmaceutical,printing,dyeing,brewing,electricpower,electroplating,papermaking,andequipmentcooling,etc.2,rockingsprinkler,canpourwaterintotheairandbecomesmalldripstospray,farms,nurseries,isagoodtoolfororchard,garden.3,suitableYuQingShui,seawaterandwithacid,alkalinityofchemicalliquidmediumsizeandgeneralpasteviscosity<100percent(medium,includingsolidvolumereaches30%below).4,andanytypeandspecificationoffilterusedforpressurefilter,sizeoffilterpressmachinearethemostideal.自吸泵工作原理與結構說明:該泵均采用軸向回液的泵體結構。泵體由吸入室、儲液室、渦卷室、回液孔、氣液分離室等組成,泵正常起動后,葉輪將吸入室所存的液體及吸入管路中的空氣一起吸入,并在葉輪內(nèi)得以*混合,在離心力的作用,液體夾帶著氣體向渦卷室外緣流動,在葉輪的外緣上形成有一定厚度的白色泡沫帶及高速旋轉(zhuǎn)液環(huán)。氣液混合體通過擴散管進入氣液分離室。此時,由于流速突然降低,較輕的氣體從混合氣液中被分離出來,氣體通過泵體吐口繼續(xù)上升排出。脫氣后的液體回到儲液室,并由回流孔再次進入葉輪,與葉輪內(nèi)部從吸入管路中吸入的氣體再次混合,在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的葉輪作用下,又流向葉輪外緣......。隨著這個過程周而復始的進行下去,吸入管路中的空氣不斷減少,直到吸盡氣體,完成自吸過程,泵便投入正常作業(yè)。在一些泵的軸承體底部還設有冷卻室。當軸承發(fā)熱引起軸承體溫升超過70度時,可在冷卻室處通過任意一只冷卻液管接頭,注入冷卻液循環(huán)冷卻。泵內(nèi)部防止液體由高壓區(qū)向低壓區(qū)泄漏的密封機構是前后密封環(huán),前密封環(huán)裝在泵體上,后密封環(huán)裝在軸承體上,當泵經(jīng)*運轉(zhuǎn)密封環(huán)磨損到一定程度,并影響到泵的效率和自吸性能時,應給予更換。Self-suctionpumpworkingprincipleandstructuraldescription:Thispumpadoptstheaxialliquidpumpbodystructure.Bythepumpbody,reservoir,vortexvolumechamber,liquid,gasandliquidseparationchamber,etc,thepumpimpellernormalstarting,theroomwillsucktheairsuctionpipeandtogether,andintheimpellerinhaledtocompleymixedinonlycentrificating,liquidentrainmentfromthegasflowvortexrollinoutdoormarginofimpellerformedonthethicknessofcertainwhitefoamandhigh-speedliquidring.Gas-liquidmixturethroughtubeintothegas-liquidseparationdiffusion.Atthistime,duetothesuddenreducedvelocity,lightergasesfromthemixtureofliquid,gaswasseparatedbycastingpumpbodycontinuestorise.Afterthedegassingliquidstorageroom,andbackagainbythebackflowintothehole,andtheimpellerimpellerfrominhalationofgaspipeline,inhaledagaininhighspeedrotatingimpeller,andunderthedirectionofimpellertillu....Withtheprocessofthecycle,theairsuctionpipe,anddevouredgas,finishuntilself-primingpumpsandinvestment,thenormaloperation.Insomeofthepumpbodybottombearingwithcoolingroom.Whenbearingheatingtemperaturerisecausedmorethan70degreesbearings,coolingroomplaceinanyonecoolingfluidpipejoints,coolingfluidcirculationcooling.Byhighinternalpreventliquidpumpsealleakagefromthelowpressureareaisaroundbeforesealingring,inthepumpbody,aftersealinginbearingonthebody,whenthepumprunningthroughlong-termringweartoacertaindegree,andaffecttheefficiencyofpumpsandself-primingperformance,shouldgivechange.
