bm4系列擺線液壓馬達(dá)
結(jié)構(gòu)特點
采用鑲柱式定轉(zhuǎn)子設(shè)計，具有更高的配油精度及機械效率。
• 雙滾動軸承設(shè)計,具有更大的側(cè)向承載能力。
•可靠的軸密封設(shè)計，承受背壓高，可以串并聯(lián)使用。
• 正反轉(zhuǎn)換向方便、轉(zhuǎn)速平穩(wěn)。
• 多種油口、輸出軸、法蘭等連接形式。

•it adapts the gerolor design, which has a higher distribution accuracy and mechanical efficiency.
•double-rolling bearing design, which has a greater lateral load capacity.
•credible design of shaft seal, which can bear higher pressure and be used in parallel or in series.
•direction of shaft rotation and speed can be controlled easily and smoothly.
•a variety of connection types of flange; rabbet:, output shaft and oil port.
主要性能參數(shù) main specification
1.zui大工作壓力指入口zui大壓力，額定壓力指工作壓差。
2.馬達(dá)不能同時在zui大壓力和zui高轉(zhuǎn)速下工作。
3.在斷續(xù)工作條件下，運行時間每分鐘不得超過10%。
4.*用68#抗磨液壓油，粘度37-73cst,清潔度iso18/13。
5.zui高工作油溫80°。
6.馬達(dá)全負(fù)荷工作前，應(yīng)在zui高工作壓力的40%以下磨合1小時。
7.馬達(dá)允許zui高背壓10mpa，但建議不要超過5mpa，超過時應(yīng)接外泄油管.
