bm6系列擺線液壓馬達(dá)
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
bm6馬達(dá)是一種端面配流馬達(dá)。其結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
• *的端面配流設(shè)計(jì),低速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)。
• *的軸密封設(shè)計(jì)，能承受高背壓。
• *的配油機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì), 具有磨損自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償功能。
• 雙列圓錐滾子軸承設(shè)計(jì)能夠承受較大的徑向力。
• 多種法蘭、輸出軸、等安裝連接形式。
bm6 motor is a disc valve type gerolor motor.
characteristic features：
• advanced design in disc distribution flow, which can provide improved performance at low speed.
•advanced design of shaft seal, which can bear higher pressure.
•advanced distribution mechanism design, which has the automatic compensation function.
•double-rolling bearing design, which permit higher radial loads.
•a variety of connection types of flange; rabbet:, output shaft and oil port.
主要性能參數(shù) main specification
1.zui大工作壓力指入口zui大壓力，連續(xù)工作壓力指工作壓差.
2.馬達(dá)不能同時(shí)在zui高壓力和zui大轉(zhuǎn)速下工作.
3.在斷續(xù)工作條件下，運(yùn)行時(shí)間每分鐘不得超過(guò)10%.
4.*用68#抗磨液壓油，粘度37-73cst，清潔度iso18/13.
5.zui高工作油溫80°
6.馬達(dá)在滿負(fù)荷工作前，應(yīng)在zui高工作壓力的40%以下磨合1小時(shí).
7.馬達(dá)允許zui高背壓10mpa，但建議不要超過(guò)5mpa，超過(guò)時(shí)應(yīng)接外泄油管.

6. one hour running time under 40% of maximum working pressure is recommended before full capacity working.
7. the maximum allowable back pressure is 10mpa, but the recommended back pressure should not exceed 5mpa.a leaking pipes is needed when exceeding
