　一、張掖恒壓供水設(shè)備概述

　　隨著我國社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)事業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展，給排水設(shè)備也在不斷提高，從過去老式的水泵加屋頂水箱到現(xiàn)在變頻供水(節(jié)能、去掉了易污染的屋頂水池)。近年來又一新型的供水設(shè)備出現(xiàn)——無負壓變頻恒壓供水，它是在變頻恒壓供水設(shè)備上發(fā)展起來的，它主要由無負壓調(diào)節(jié)罐、水泵、氣壓罐、智能控制系統(tǒng)等組成。就它的工作原理介紹如下：

二、張掖恒壓供水設(shè)備設(shè)備特點

　　1、張掖恒壓供水設(shè)備節(jié)電節(jié)水

　　采用變頻進行軟件起動，避免了電流沖擊。同時是實現(xiàn)恒壓控制，也避免了對管網(wǎng)的沖擊，延長了管路及閥門的壽命。傳統(tǒng)的水池二次加壓供水方式將自來水放入水池，使原有的自來水壓力釋放為零，浪費可自來水原有壓力能。該設(shè)備利用調(diào)節(jié)裝置與自來水管網(wǎng)聯(lián)結(jié)可充分利用管網(wǎng)的壓力能，節(jié)電可達50%～90%。

　　2、張掖恒壓供水設(shè)備消除了地下水池的二次污染

　　傳統(tǒng)的水池二次加壓供水方式將自來水放入水池，水池的水易于被贓物甚至動物尸體所污染，尤其在夏天易產(chǎn)生藻類或滋生蚊蟲，直接影響到用戶的身體健康。該設(shè)備利用調(diào)節(jié)裝置采用封閉式供水方式，消除了二次污染。

　　3、張掖恒壓供水設(shè)備節(jié)省投資，減少占地，安裝、使用、檢修方便

三、自來水管網(wǎng)的水直接進入調(diào)節(jié)罐，罐內(nèi)的空氣從真空消除器內(nèi)排出，待水充滿后，真空消除器自動關(guān)閉。當(dāng)自來水能夠滿足用水壓力及水量要求時，設(shè)備通過旁通止回閥向用水管網(wǎng)直接供水;當(dāng)自來水管網(wǎng)的壓力不能滿足用水要求時，系統(tǒng)通過壓力傳感器(或壓力控制器、電接點壓表)給出起泵信號起動水泵運行。水泵供水時，若自來水管網(wǎng)的水量大于水泵流量，系統(tǒng)保持正常供水;用水高峰期時，若自來水管網(wǎng)水量小于水泵流量時，調(diào)節(jié)罐內(nèi)的水作為補充水源仍能正常供水，此時，空氣由真空消除器進入調(diào)節(jié)罐，消除了自來水管網(wǎng)的負壓，用水高峰期過后，系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)正常的狀態(tài)。若自來水管網(wǎng)停水而導(dǎo)致調(diào)節(jié)罐內(nèi)的水位不斷下降，液位探測器給出水泵停機信號以保護水泵機組。

　　四、張掖恒壓供水設(shè)備的應(yīng)用與缺陷

　　無負壓變頻供水本身是一種供水設(shè)備，根據(jù)它自身的特點應(yīng)用如下：

　　1、張掖恒壓供水設(shè)備適用于任何自來水壓力不足地區(qū)的加壓給水。

　　2、張掖恒壓供水設(shè)備新建改建擴建的住宅小區(qū)、寫字樓、綜合樓生

　盡管無負壓變頻供水設(shè)備有它自身的優(yōu)點(節(jié)能、衛(wèi)生等)但有它明顯不足的一面。首先，它的供水可靠性不高。由于它缺少畜水池，市政供水一有故障，整個設(shè)備癱瘓,用戶沒水用。因此對用水要求高的建筑物和消防用水是不適應(yīng)。其次，由于它一種新型的設(shè)備，技術(shù)不是很成熟，技術(shù)參數(shù)并不很規(guī)范，如選型水泵(H、Q)，調(diào)節(jié)罐(V)的確定等等。第三，由于它是從市政管網(wǎng)中直接抽水，盡管可以解決負壓問題，但還得取得主管部門批準。(《城市供水條例》規(guī)定：禁止在城市公共管道上直接裝泵抽水)zui后是該設(shè)備技術(shù)還有待進一步完善。如技術(shù)應(yīng)用的前提是什么?城市給水管供水量與二次供水用戶zui大用水量的匹配關(guān)系;無負壓變頻供水設(shè)計流量如何取值，泵要否備用;穩(wěn)流罐起何作用?是密閉的嗎?容積如何取值;如何保證空氣不污染二次供水水質(zhì)? 還有待大家共同去探討。

　　總之，一種新的產(chǎn)品不可能解決所有問題，能解決一些問題就是一種進步，我們應(yīng)該去支持它，發(fā)展它。

　　五、張掖恒壓供水設(shè)備

　　為解決傳統(tǒng)生活供水系統(tǒng)中，水泵的直接接入自來水管網(wǎng)對自來水管網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生的負壓問題，我公司創(chuàng)新研制開發(fā)可新一代CDL4-12系列無負壓給水設(shè)備(管網(wǎng)調(diào)節(jié)增壓設(shè)備)。該產(chǎn)品不但解決了地下水池的二次污染問題，還可以和純凈水設(shè)備配套，直接作為飲用水的增壓設(shè)備，可以在任何一個需要管網(wǎng)增壓的供水系統(tǒng)中使用。該系列產(chǎn)品獲得多項使用新型國家。

　　六、張掖恒壓供水設(shè)備工作原理

　　微機設(shè)定給水泵工作壓力，既用戶用水壓力。生活給水時，設(shè)備運行在低壓變頻狀態(tài)，有變頻器時刻監(jiān)控管網(wǎng)壓力，對反饋值和設(shè)定值進行運算和比較計算，若管網(wǎng)壓力高于用戶所需壓力(設(shè)定壓力)則自動減少輸出頻率，從而使泵的轉(zhuǎn)速減少，出水量減少。若管網(wǎng)壓力低于用戶所需壓力(設(shè)定壓力)則自動增加輸出頻率，從而是泵的轉(zhuǎn)速增加，出水量增加，當(dāng)一臺泵運行滿足不了用戶需要時，其他各臺泵自動投入，以保證用戶的使用壓力。

　　當(dāng)自來水管網(wǎng)的壓力升高到達與用戶使用壓力時候，變頻器經(jīng)過一段延時后便降低轉(zhuǎn)速直到停機。只有當(dāng)壓力降到某一設(shè)定壓力值時，變頻器才重新開始工作。變頻泵組的工作知識滿足擁護的用水壓力與管網(wǎng)壓力之差。大大節(jié)約了電能。

　　當(dāng)流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)壓低于一個大氣壓時，安裝在流量調(diào)節(jié)器頂?shù)呢搲合髯詣哟蜷_，使氣體進入流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)，消除負壓。當(dāng)流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)壓力升高時，又可以將多余的氣體排除流量調(diào)節(jié)器外，使流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)蓄滿水，以備下次用水高峰期時使用。當(dāng)流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)蓄滿水后，安裝在流量調(diào)節(jié)器頂?shù)呢搲合髯詣雨P(guān)閉，防止溢流。

　　七、張掖恒壓供水設(shè)備工作過程

　　1、管網(wǎng)壓力高于或等于用戶壓力時

　　當(dāng)自來水壓力高于用戶使用壓力時，旁路止回閥導(dǎo)通，由自來水直接供給用戶用水。用戶壓力高于或等于設(shè)定壓力，變頻設(shè)備不運行，水泵處于停機狀態(tài)。

　　2、管網(wǎng)壓力低于用戶壓力時

　　變頻設(shè)備開始運行，水泵處于開始運轉(zhuǎn)。

　　3、管網(wǎng)流量大于等于用戶用水量時

　　若流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)有空氣則壓力升高，又可以將多余的氣體排出流量調(diào)節(jié)器外。使流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)蓄滿水以備下次用水高峰期時使用。當(dāng)流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)蓄滿水后，安裝在流量調(diào)節(jié)器頂?shù)呢搲合髯詣雨P(guān)閉，防止溢流。流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)壓力恢復(fù)至自來水管網(wǎng)壓力。

　　若流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)沒有空氣，流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)壓力保持自來水管網(wǎng)內(nèi)壓力。

　　水泵提升壓力為用戶用水壓力與管網(wǎng)里之差。

　　即水泵提供揚程=用戶用水壓力-管網(wǎng)壓力

　　管網(wǎng)流量小雨用戶用水量時流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)壓力降低，當(dāng)流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)壓力低于一個大氣壓時，安裝在流量調(diào)節(jié)器頂?shù)呢搲合髯詣哟蜷_，使氣體進入流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)，消除負壓。

　　流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)壓力降為零。流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)的水與自來水的流入共同提供給用戶用水。流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)儲備水補償?shù)氖怯脩粲盟c管網(wǎng)流量之差。水泵提升壓力為用戶用水壓力。

　　真空消除器

　　真空消除器它是本設(shè)備的核心，依靠它消除管網(wǎng)中負壓，從而不影響周圍用水，保護管網(wǎng)與設(shè)備，達到市政供水的要求。它的工作原理比較簡單，跟一個復(fù)合排氣閥如出一轍。它主要由一個浮球來工作的，根據(jù)無負壓調(diào)節(jié)罐罐內(nèi)水位的升降帶動浮球的垂直上下移動控制閥門的開和關(guān)，從而達到調(diào)節(jié)罐吸氣和排氣，同時實現(xiàn)了罐內(nèi)真空(罐內(nèi)水未滿的時候)的消除。真空消除器是一個新名詞，所以很多廠家在它的身上大做文章，做得有一點的神秘(包裝得很好)。 其實它只是一個能自動進出空氣的閥門，而且造價也不高。

　　八、張掖恒壓供水設(shè)備產(chǎn)品性能指標

　　CDL4-12系列CDL4-12系列無負壓變頻供水設(shè)備(管網(wǎng)調(diào)節(jié)增壓設(shè)備)主要指標如下：

　　流量范圍：2.4m3/h-300m3/h;

　　壓力范圍：0MPa-1.6MPa;(可調(diào))
