This valve is widely used at the top bottom of store house carry port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to open close frequently to stop quickly.
氣動(dòng)密閉式螺旋閘門結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
Structureacteristic:
結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、操作靈活、重量輕、無(wú)卡阻、切斷快，特別適用于各類無(wú)粘度的固體、粉料及小于 Φ 10mm 的顆粒料，晶粒料的輸送及流量調(diào)節(jié)，安裝不受角度限制， 操作方便， 能隨時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)開度。該閥門有手輪和鏈輪操縱兩種操作形式， I 型為手輪， II 為鏈輪。單向和雙向兩種結(jié)構(gòu)形式， LZD 為單向、 LZS 為雙向。
This valve is simple in structure, handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material, particle crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle operated handily. The size of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. Ⅰ means manual wheel. Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction LZD is signal direction LZS is double direction.
氣動(dòng)密閉式螺旋閘門工作原理 ：
Working principle
主要由框架、閘板、絲桿、螺母等零件構(gòu)成，用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪使絲桿帶著絲桿螺母和閘板沿水平方向往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，達(dá)到閘門的啟閉目的。
It is mainly made up of frame, gate board, screw pole, nut etc. Rotate the handwheel by hand, then the screw pole drives the nut gate board move in horizontal to fro to open close the valve.
