進口混流泵產(chǎn)品概述：
混流泵是介于離心泵和軸流泵之間的一種泵，又稱斜流泵。適用于化工流程中強制循環(huán)、海水養(yǎng)殖、城市煤氣工程、水處理系統(tǒng)。泵能夠經(jīng)濟有效地輸送大流量、低揚程的、純凈的或含有一定顆粒的，化學(xué)中性的或有腐蝕性的液體（強腐蝕性液體需說明）。化工泵性能高、能耗小，泵在整個機能范圍內(nèi)的能耗平均，可以在閉閥下啟動，而電機不至過載，過流截面大，不易堵塞，結(jié)構(gòu)緊固，使用壽命長。
進口混流泵應(yīng)用范圍：
1）從流量、揚程來比較
泵的流量比離心泵大，比軸流泵??；
泵的揚程比軸流泵高，比離心泵小；
流量從每小時數(shù)百噸到數(shù)千噸不等，揚程從5米到20米左右。
2）從液體流出方式來比較
當電動機帶動葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)后，既能產(chǎn)生離心力，也能產(chǎn)生軸向推力，是離心泵和軸流泵的綜合。離心泵葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)只有離心力，軸流泵葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)只有軸向推力。
進口混流泵結(jié)構(gòu)說明：
混流泵的結(jié)構(gòu)，不管是蝸殼式混流泵還是導(dǎo)葉式混流泵，都是同樣由葉輪、泵殼、泵軸、軸承和填料密封裝置五個部件組成（圖3-18）。蝸殼式混流泵的外形酷似離心泵；而導(dǎo)葉式混流泵的外形則很像軸流泵?；炝鞅萌~輪形狀粗短，它一部分像離心泵的葉輪；一部分又像軸流泵的葉輪，葉片是螺旋形扭曲葉片，葉輪葉片間的流道較寬，葉片出口邊傾斜;它與離心泵和軸流泵葉輪內(nèi)水流狀況不同。水在混流泵葉輪中流動．是軸向進來．以傾斜的方向流出去，所以，混流泵又叫做斜流泵。泵殼的結(jié)構(gòu)形式有兩種：一是蝸殼形．例如HB型混流泵，基本上與離心泵相同，但其泵體寬大，臥式安裝使用；另一是圓筒形．例如導(dǎo)葉式混流泵、農(nóng)排泵，它們與立式軸流泵相似，泵體內(nèi)也裝有導(dǎo)葉，立式安裝使用。
