這種轉換器的基本原理是把輸入的模擬信號按規(guī)定的時間間隔采樣,并與一系列標準的數字信號相比較,數字信號逐次收斂,直至兩種信號相等為止。然后顯示出代表此信號的二進制數,模擬數字轉換器有很多種,如直接的、間接的、高速高精度的、超高速的等。每種又有許多形式。同模擬數字轉換器功能相反的稱為“數字模擬轉換器”,亦稱“譯碼器”,它是把數字量轉換成連續(xù)變化的模擬量的裝置,也有許多種和許多形式
