工作原理:
在衛(wèi)生級(jí)氣動(dòng)隔膜泵的兩個(gè)對(duì)稱工作腔中,個(gè)裝有一塊有彈性的隔膜,連桿將兩塊隔膜結(jié)成一體,壓縮空氣從泵的進(jìn)氣接頭進(jìn)入氣閥室后,推動(dòng)兩個(gè)B工作腔的隔膜,驅(qū)動(dòng)連桿聯(lián)結(jié)的隔膜同步運(yùn)動(dòng)。與此同時(shí),另一工作腔內(nèi)的氣體則其隔膜的背面排出泵外。當(dāng)活塞達(dá)到行程重點(diǎn),閥機(jī)構(gòu)則自動(dòng)的將壓縮空氣引入另一工作腔,推動(dòng)隔膜泵朝反向運(yùn)動(dòng),這樣就形成了兩個(gè)隔膜的同步往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。每個(gè)工作腔中又設(shè)置兩個(gè)股單向球閥,隔膜的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),造成工作腔內(nèi)容積的改變,怕是兩個(gè)單向球閥交替的開(kāi)啟和關(guān)閉,從而使液體連續(xù)的吸入和排出。
