渦旋壓縮機(jī)的回轉(zhuǎn)半徑很小，動盤屬于平面運(yùn)動，盤上的各點(diǎn)線速度都很低，與靜渦盤之間用油膜密封，不直接接觸，所以氣流速度低，氣流平穩(wěn)，氣流噪聲和機(jī)械噪聲小。
Quiet: rotating radius of the scroll compressor is very small, orbiting scroll is planar motion, the points on the orbit speed is very low, and the fixed scroll between the oil film seal, no direct contact, low air velocity, air stable, so the flow noise and mechanical noise is lowest.

節(jié)能

渦旋機(jī)運(yùn)動的部件只有3件，且沒有接觸。動靜盤之間是靠油膜密封的，機(jī)械效率很高。沒有泄露和沒有余隙容積，吸氣有增壓效應(yīng)，故容積效率高達(dá)101%，壓縮過程緩慢，接近等溫過程，所以節(jié)能。
