電動(dòng)穿透式刀閘閥是一種閘板與閥座始終緊密接觸密封的閥門(mén)，其原理是閘板上開(kāi)有一個(gè)通徑大小的圓口，通過(guò)閘板啟閉使得閘板上圓口跟通徑做*脫離和相吻合的動(dòng)作。此閥門(mén)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于閥體通徑無(wú)凹槽，介質(zhì)不會(huì)卡阻堵塞，并且具有全通徑流通特性，適合粉體顆粒介質(zhì)的管道中使用。其密封結(jié)構(gòu)可以分軟密封、硬密封結(jié)構(gòu)。穿透式刀閘閥是具有精密構(gòu)造，工藝性好，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊等特點(diǎn)，密封閥座為活動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，有防磨損和自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償功能，因而壽命更長(zhǎng)。在關(guān)閉和開(kāi)啟過(guò)程中閥座跟閘板一直緊貼運(yùn)動(dòng)，使得閥門(mén)啟閉力穩(wěn)定，并且具有切斷介質(zhì)等特點(diǎn)。該閥門(mén)配電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程微電腦控制。在電源供應(yīng)中斷時(shí)，也可以通過(guò)手動(dòng)來(lái)操作閥門(mén)啟閉，從而緊急控制了介質(zhì)的流向，也避免了事故的發(fā)生。也可以使用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)電控箱、遠(yuǎn)程PLC電動(dòng)智能控制等附件來(lái)操作和調(diào)試的控制。用戶可根據(jù)實(shí)際需要進(jìn)行選擇。

Electric penetration knife gate valve ,gate closely contacts with the seat , Principle is that there is a diameter size of circular port in the gate ,opening and closing gate makes circular port takes off and consistent action with diameter .

The advantages of this valve are : body's diameter without grooves, the medium does not plug the card blocking, full-diameter flow characteristics, suitable for powder using in the pipeline. The sealing structure can be divided into soft-seal and hard seal structure. Penetrable Knife Gate Valve is a sophisticated structure, good technology , compact structure, etc, activities of structural design of sealing seat , anti-wear and automatic compensation function and long age. Gate keeps closely movement with gate when opening and closing ,makes valve open and close stability and cuts off the media, and so on.

Equipped with electric actuator,it can be remote microcomputer control. When power cut off, you can also manually operate the valve opening and closing to control media flowing , also to avoid accidents. You can use on-site electronic-control box, remote PLC inligent control and other accessories to operate and debug controlling. Users can choose based on actual needs.
