QJ（D/S）RN型精小型氣動螺紋O型切斷球閥是一種轉角為90°的旋轉類控制閥。它由氣動活塞式執(zhí)行機構和O型球閥組成，閥芯采用圓柱形通孔球體。
該產品以壓縮空氣為動力源，接受集散控制系統(tǒng)（DCS），可編程控制器（PLC）等開關信號，通過電磁閥可實現(xiàn)對閥門快速位式控制。
該產品采用直通型鑄造閥體，球面經(jīng)特殊工藝加工和硬化處理，使其表面光滑耐磨，具有壽命長、結構緊湊、動作可靠、流通能力大、流阻系數(shù)小、安裝方便及良好的切斷性能等特點。產品廣泛應用于造紙、石化、冶金、航天、食品、醫(yī)藥、水處理等行業(yè)，特別適用于高黏度和含有纖維介質的工藝控制。
氣動活塞式執(zhí)行機構可分為單作用和雙作用兩種。雙作用使用在失電或失氣時，閥門處于失電或失氣時的位置，以確保繼續(xù)生產。單作用在失電或失氣時，閥門處于原始極限位置（全開或全閉），以確保生產過程處于安全位置。
