2、介質(zhì)溫度，是否含固體顆粒：-20攝氏度至90攝氏度，三螺桿泵不容許有固體顆粒，雙螺桿泵容許小于螺桿間隙柔性顆粒。

HSN三螺桿泵選型步驟及注意事項

首先要準(zhǔn)確了解HSN三螺桿泵的實際工作參數(shù)，如壓力、流量、介質(zhì)的工作溫度及介質(zhì)在工作溫度下的粘度、介質(zhì)有無潤滑性、腐蝕性等；

根據(jù)介質(zhì)在工作溫度下的粘度初步選擇泵的轉(zhuǎn)速，一般粘度小于300mm2/s，選擇n=1450r/min比較適合，當(dāng)粘度大于300mm2/s，請慎重考慮泵的必需汽蝕余量，以免泵產(chǎn)生振動；

如果泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值小于管道裝置的汽蝕余量NPSHa值，那么泵選型正確；如果泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值大于管道裝置的汽蝕余量NPSHa值，則要選擇大一檔的泵或是降低轉(zhuǎn)速，并重新校合NPSHr值。NPSHr ≤ NPSHa+K（一般情況安全裕度 K取0.3—0.5m）

1） 螺桿泵屬于旋轉(zhuǎn)容積式泵，兼有離心泵和容積泵的優(yōu)點，可以解決常規(guī)抽油泵的油稠，卡砂和氣鎖現(xiàn)象；
