手動V型球閥
manual V-type ball valve
V型閥采用金屬硬密封結(jié)構(gòu)，V型閥芯及金屬閥座在回轉(zhuǎn)過程中，球芯的V型缺口與閥座做比例流量調(diào)節(jié)，并且密封面緊密配合，V型口具有強大切斷介質(zhì)、雜質(zhì)的功能，避免閥門卡死現(xiàn)象發(fā)生，并具有自潔功能，因此適用于造紙、化工、冶金等工業(yè)企業(yè)中含有纖維或微小固體顆粒的懸濁液。該閥配備蝸輪執(zhí)行器，蝸輪執(zhí)行器是手動V型球閥的驅(qū)動裝置，通過旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪，使旋轉(zhuǎn)軸旋轉(zhuǎn)0～90°并使球閥由關（開）的位置轉(zhuǎn)到開（關）的位置，達到對管道內(nèi)介質(zhì)流通的開關控制的性能，根據(jù)客戶的要求可改為手柄式執(zhí)行器。

V- I can cut media and impurities functions to avoid be chocked to death ,and they can self-cleaning function. So this kind of valve can be used in paper making ,chemical ,
metallurgical and other industrial enterprises containing fibers or tiny solid particles in suspension.
This kind of valve is equipped with worm gear actuator that is manually driven by V- ball device . Through rotating hand wheel to make rotation axis rotate 0~90 °, and make ball valve from close （open ） to open （close） to meet switch control performance of media circulation in the pipeline . It's can be changed to handle actuator according to customer's requirements.
