V型閥采用金屬硬密封結(jié)構(gòu),V型閥芯及金屬閥座在回轉(zhuǎn)過程中,球芯的V型缺口與閥座做比例流量調(diào)節(jié),并且密封面緊密配合,V型口具有強(qiáng)大切斷介質(zhì)、雜質(zhì)的功能,避免閥門卡死現(xiàn)象發(fā)生,并具有自潔功能,因此適用于造紙、化工、冶金等工業(yè)企業(yè)中含有纖維或微小固體顆粒的懸濁液。配合電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器可以實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程閥門流量開度控制,在無電源情況下也可以手動(dòng)進(jìn)行操作。具有額定流量系數(shù)大,可調(diào)比大,密封效果好,調(diào)節(jié)性能靈敏,體積小,可豎臥安裝等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。適用于控制氣體,蒸氣和液體等介質(zhì)。尤其是適用于控制纖維性和有微小固體顆粒的懸濁液介質(zhì)的理想產(chǎn)品
